Pledge Over Time - 2nd Payment

Hey everyone!
 
We wanted to check in real quick to let all the Pledge Over Time folks that they should be expecting to see the second of four changes for their pledge today or in the next few days. There will be two more payments after this, on May 30th and finally on June 13th. 
 
Once those have been completed, we'll be sending surveys out to all backers. We expect that to happen by June 23rd.

Please be aware that the times mentioned above are estimates. We try to stick to them as much as possible, but sometimes it takes an extra day or two to move on to the next phase of the process.

We’re open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm EST, and will be happy to help however we can (it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to get back to you, but we do answer all tickets in need of a response). :D

Hey there, folks!

It's been an absolutely wild ride this month, and we could not be more floored at the final results of the campaign - we hope you feel the same! In the final hours, you've helped us raise more than $350,000! Thank you all so, so much! We cannot wait to get started on this book!


MOVING FORWARD...

Here is what you can expect in the coming weeks and months.
 
  • First, Kickstarter will begin processing payments for your pledges. That will take approximately 2 weeks. If you did not use Pledge Over Time, this will be the full amount of your pledge. If you opted to use Pledge Over Time, this will be the first 1/4 of your total pledge.
  • If you selected Pledge Over Time, your second payment will be on or around May 16th, followed by your third payment on or around May 30th. Your final payment will be processed on or around June 13th.
  • Once the final payment has been made for Pay Over Time backers, we will send out all surveys to the email addresses you have attached to your Kickstarter account. We expect this to occur by the June 23rd.
  • Answer your survey questions and grab any extra Add-Ons you want. For those of you asking how to make your tier selections, you'll do that here.
  • As we get all of the products made, you can expect to see an update from us 1-2 times a month. So stay tuned here for all the latest!
  • Once we have the products and are ready to start fulfillment, we will post an update and send an email giving everyone 48 hours to update their addresses if needed. Once that window closes, you will not be able to update your address yourself and will need to contact us directly to make those changes.
  • With addresses locked, we will start packing and shipping. This final step will take some time. We appreciate your patience. <3

Over 350k raised! Incredible!!

As usual, the team is off for the weekend, but you can expect a fuller Update next week, and Updates monthly after that until we fulfill!

Folks, you've done it!!

$300k crossed like it was nothing! And with that, we've officially reached all of our stretch goals for this campaign! Woohoo!

Surpassing this last stretch goal means this edition of Blood Over Bright Haven will be getting one final interior illustration by the great vvilczy! We can't get enough of his art, and it looks like you folks can't either! <3

Let's see how far we can take this campaign! Only a few days left!

Wowowow! You guys keep crushin it - $200k down and out! Now that we've crossed this threshold, our edition of Blood Over Bright Haven will include yet another incredible interior illustration by the great vvilczy! 

And for our final stretch goal at $300k, we'll be including one last illustration from vvilczy! Let's see how fast we can get there!
